Washington Squared Slot Reservation

In order to manage the traffic to make this a successful event, we will be taking reservations through this form for your preferred departure time and cruise altitude. You will receive an email on Thursday, September 25 with your PDC or Pre-Departure Clearance. This email will contain your confirmed departure time, route clearance, and any last minute instructions for the event.

On September 27, you will simply call up ground with your pre-departure clearance number and you'll be taxiing to the runway in no time. Be sure you have the flight plan and chart pack for the event!

Update: All departure slots have been filled! Day-of-event departures are still welcome...we'll see you on Saturday!
