Once again, the holidays are just around the corner and that means food, family, friends and of course SHOPPING! What better way to get into the holiday groove then a day spent at the malls, coffee shops and some of the best eateries in the nation? Did we say shopping? The NW offers the shopping enthusiast the best variety and quality of outlets. All you have to do is get here! Seattle, Portland and Vancouver are rolling out the red carpets to give you 5-Star service while you Shop Till Ya Drop.

Last year's event was a huge success and we want to make this year's even bigger!

ZSE will be furnishing full ATC during the event so that your focus can be on the task at hand. Now remember, if you can’t find what you need at the malls in Seattle just get back in the cockpit and head on up to Vancouver or down to Portland. No need to do all your shopping in one place, right?

The event is open to any all pilots and VAs. If your VA would like to participate as a Fly-In or Fly-Out during the event please contact events@seaartcc.net and we can list your VA logo here!

Preferred routings can be obtained from SimRoutes. Please file a preferred routing (if you are confident you can fly it succesfully).

You are also welcome to file a plan in or out of a secondary airfield, especially for general aviation. Some of these fields may have dedicated tower services online during the event.

All secondary fields do have published IFR procedures. ATC delays are possible if requesting IFR service into or out of the secondary airports during the event. We recommend enjoying the tower services where available and maintaining VFR where able.
