ZSE Event Request Form

If you'd like to request Seattle ATC coverage for your event or fly-in, please fill-out this form. We'd love to help!

ALL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. If you are not sure of some of the information, such as the end time, use a best estimate.

We must have a verifiable contact and email address or we will not post the event.

We must have a verifiable URL to your event page or your sponsoring organization (i.e. the web page of your virtual airline/ARTCC, a forum posting, etc - something that tells us it's actually happening)

Use PACIFIC date/time -- the site will auto-adjust to Zulu.    Time chart...
Why Pacific? Usual event times in ZSE local afternoon/evening span 2 zulu days (i.e. a Friday night event is usually Friday night to Saturday morning, zulu time) It's easier to coordinate for planning by using ZSE's timezone for the day of the event as it reduces mistakes -- A friday night event is friday night, local time. The database will auto-adjust to Zulu for display.
